great locationdirty sheetsfrozen bug
the location is close to many restaurants and cafes.
the sheets were dirty. i found used tissue under the carpet in the master bedroom. the fridge had a bug frozen in it. it was so disappointing for a supposedly 4-star hotel.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated the team member who helped with my luggage. The location is very convenient near the main mall (it is only a short walk).
The cleanliness of the room was not ideal. I noticed some dust in the corners of the room and on the furniture.

i loved how close it was to everything! dubai mall was just a short walk, so convenient. our room upgrade gave us a fantastic view of burj khalifa from a high floor. the balcony was awesome, perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation. the king-size bed and cozy sofa made the room so relaxing.

The gym includes several treadmills and stationary bikes for cardio. a selection of weight machines. This allows guests to maintain their fitness routine while traveling. a swimming pool is on the premises, with comfortable loungers and a shaded section for relaxation.

the room had two separate sinks in the bathroom, very convenient for getting ready. a rainfall shower head provided a spa-like experience and there was also a well-stocked mini-fridge to store drinks and snacks.

The staff responded quickly to all requests and always were helpful. They provided assistance and ensured we were very comfortable. the housekeeping team was thorough, and they kept the room impeccably clean throughout the stay.

i am really happy with my choice. the location is perfect with the short walk to the shopping center. the service was superb with friendly staff always ready to help with any request. the room was spacious and very clean it offered a wonderful space to relax after a day of exploring.
during my stay, i noticed the gym equipment requires update.

the premises features a large outdoor pool with many loungers and umbrellas, ideal for relaxation. there is also a well-equipped fitness center open to all guests. access to the mall is very direct from the hotel.

the concierge was attentive and helpful with all our questions. room service was prompt and the staff was courteous. housekeeping provided a sparkling clean room every day of our stay.

The location near the shopping center is ideal. I walked there quickly. I also found two convenient grocery stores at the building's base. I did have a pleasant view of the excellent Burj Khalifa.
I waited more than five minutes several times. This delay was frustrating when I was trying to get to the pool.

Fantastic Stay Close to Shopping

The hotel is near Dubai Mall. It is about a five-minute walk. I liked having restaurants and cafés nearby. Staff members are helpful. They were always approachable. I was given an upgrade to a room with a better view.
The reception lady wasn't very friendly. Check-in took longer than expected.

My room had three bathrooms. Two included a shower and bathtub. A washing machine, a dishwasher, a fridge, and a kitchen with a four-burner hob were available. Two AC units served the bedrooms. They also served the sitting and dining room.

Room service was prompt. The staff responded quickly. The breakfast team was amazing. They provided excellent service. Front house staff offered great advice. They advised us well about the surrounding area.

The hotel has a gym. It is very well-equipped. There is a large swimming pool. The water temperature is pleasant. TVs include Chromecast. It was useful for the kids to share pictures.
